DJ Matman
Matman has been DJing for over 15 years, hip hop & scratching was his first musical love, and since those days he’s hoarded a wide spectrum of music from many genres – his crates run deep!!
Back in the day he had a little stint at DJ battles & achieved the titles of UK DMC Supremacy Champion, London DMC champion, ITF world finalist & European Turntable Techniques Champion amongst others!
As well as rocking many dope spots around London & worldwide Matman has shared the stage with the likes of Public Enemy, De La Soul, The Noisettes, GZA, DJ Premier, Guru, Pete Rock, A-trak, Q-Bert, The Pharcyde, DJ Yoda, Grandmaster Flash, Jazzy Jeff and many, many more.. Alongside his brother & fellow Droppin’ Science cohort DJ Daredevil, Matman has recently been working on the award winning soundtrack to ‘Skillz the DJ Game’, remixing tracks from the likes of Ministry of Sound, Stones Throw, Hospital, Ninja Tune, Om records & more – available now on ipad & coming soon to the iphone!
